Perseverance and Endurance
Our faith grows through perseverance and endurance as we fight our battles. We may not understand why we are going through hardship, but if you are a child of God, be encouraged! The hardships are ultimately for your good.

PRAYER FOR HEALING OF A BROKEN OR PASSIVE WILL:
Come, Holy Spirit. Even now, Lord Jesus enable me to grab hold of your outstretched hand. As I reach out my hands toward heaven and look up and out of myself, I cry out as Paul did, “In my weakness, O Lord, you are strong.” Now Lord, enter into my will and heal it where it has been wounded. Reveal to me any person from the past who has exhausted my will, wounded my will, or even broken my will. (Let the Holy Spirit speak to your heart about any person who has wounded you). Now Lord, give me the grace to choose to forgive that person for sinning against me. (name that person): I choose to forgive you in Jesus’ name for your sin against me. I look now to God to restore my will. Let your divine power, O Lord, wrap itself around my weak, tired will; cause it to grow and to strengthen. Let my will be one with Your will, dear heavenly Father. I think You for empowering me to obey You. I think You, Lord, that from this day forward I will take responsibility for my life before You. Amen
