(The servant of God says) The Lord God has given me the tongue of a disciple and one of who is taught, that I should know how to speak a word in season to him who is weary. He wakens me morning by morning, He wakens my ear to hear as a disciple (as one who is taught.)

Then Jesus, Full of and controlled by the Holy Spirit, returned from the Jordain and was led in (by) the (Holy) Spirit. Numbers 13:25-28, 30-33
And they returned from scouting out the land after 40 days. They came to Moses and Aaron and to all the Israelites congregation in the wilderness of Paran at Kadesh, and brought them word, and showed them the lands fruit. They told Moses, we came to the land to which you sent us; surely it flows with milk and honey. This is the fruit. But the people who dwell there are strong, and the cities are fortified and very large; moreover, there we saw the sons of an Anak; (of great statue and courage). Caleb quieted the people before Moses, and said, let us go up at once and possess it; we are well able to conquer it. But his fellow scouts said, we are not able to go up against the people (of Canaan), for they are stronger than we are. So they brought the Israelites an evil report of the land which they had scouted out, saying, the land through which we went to spy it out is a land that devours its inhabitants. And all the people that we saw in it are men of great stature. There we saw the Nephilim (or giants), the sons of Anak, who come from the giants; and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight.
Prayer;
Lord, touch my lips with a coal from the altar, cleanse me and make me pure. God, help me to speak words of truth that lift up and do not tear down, help me to speak words that compliment instead of judging and criticizing, let them be words that speak peace and comfort, words of healing with your unconditional love, without any human expectations. Words that build confidence and hope. Lord, help me refused to say negative things about myself or others. Teach me to monitor the words I speak to others. Teach me to always speak words that are supported by your word to glorify you. In Jesus name I pray. Amen!
